Getting started
UGCSG is a curated marketplace where Singapore brands order user-generated content (UGC) videos directly from vetted creators. You browse creators, see their sample videos and fixed prices, and order in a few taps. UGCSG is operated by One Impact Market Pte Ltd.
Every creator is reviewed by our team before they appear on Discover, and each service must have at least one sample video. Creators who miss orders or deliver late can be paused or removed.
No. Creating a brand account and browsing creators is free. You only pay when you place an order.
- Pick a creator's package (or propose your own) and send your brief with the payment.
- The creator has 72 hours to accept or decline.
- Send the product, arrange the visit or give access, then tap "Mark as sent / done".
- The creator delivers the draft within the package's timeline, counted from when they receive it.
- You approve it or request changes. Once approved, you can download the clean video and the creator is paid.
On any creator's profile, use "Propose a package" to set the type of content, number of videos, usage rights, timeline and your price. It works like a normal order: the creator accepts or declines, and you're refunded in full if they decline.
Payments & fees
By PayNow, processed securely by Stripe. Your payment is held by UGCSG (One Impact Market Pte Ltd) and only released to the creator when the draft is approved.
A 10% platform fee on top of the order price, shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees.
Yes. A receipt is issued the moment you pay. You can add your company name, UEN and GST number at checkout so it appears on the receipt.
You're refunded in full, including the platform fee. If the creator doesn't respond within 72 hours, the order is cancelled automatically.
Before the creator accepts, yes — you're refunded except the ~1.3% payment processing fee our payment provider keeps. After they accept, the order can't be cancelled on your own, but if the draft is late and the creator hasn't logged any work, you can cancel for a full refund.
Drafts, revisions & approval
5 days from each draft submission. Approve it, request changes, or raise a dispute. If you do none of these within 5 days, the draft is approved automatically and the creator is paid. We'll remind you before that happens.
The number shown on the package you ordered. Revision requests must stay within your original brief — new requirements are new work.
Drafts are watermarked until you approve them. The clean, unwatermarked file unlocks for download as soon as you approve.
Yes, at your own cost — creators film with your real product or service. Their draft deadline starts when they receive it, so send it promptly after they accept and mark it as sent on the order.
Usage rights
Each package states its posting rights (your own socials, website, anywhere) and paid ads rights, including how long they last. You get those rights once the creator is paid. The creator keeps copyright.
No. UGC creators only create the content for you to buy — you get the video file to post on your own channels or run as ads, depending on the rights in the package you pay for.
Trust & safety
No. Off-platform deals aren't protected.
Raise a dispute on the order. Our team reviews the order, brief and chat, and decides a fair outcome, which can include a full or partial refund.
Joining
Sign up as a creator. Our team reviews your profile, and once approved you add your services — each with at least one sample video — so brands can find and order from you on Discover.
No. Joining is free. UGCSG only earns a commission when you complete a paid order.
Yes, with a parent or legal guardian who consents and agrees to the creator terms on your behalf.
Not at all — you don't even need a social media account. UGC is about creating great videos that brands post on their own channels or run as ads. You never have to post anything yourself, and your follower count doesn't matter. What wins orders is strong sample videos that fit the kind of content brands are looking for.
Orders
You do. Each service has its own price, video length, revisions, usage rights and optional paid add-ons. The minimum price for a service is S$100.
72 hours to accept, decline or propose a longer timeline. If you don't respond, the order is cancelled automatically and counts as a missed order — too many may pause your profile.
From the day you receive the brand's product, complete the visit or get access. Confirm it on the order when you have it, or tap "Not received yet" if it hasn't arrived.
Yes. Brands can propose their own package and price. If the price doesn't work, decline with "Price is too low" and tell them what would — they can send a new proposal.
Yes. Switch off "Taking new orders" in My Services. Your profile is hidden from Discover until you switch it back on.
Message the brand in the order chat and log your progress. If you miss the deadline without delivering or logging any work, the brand can cancel for a full refund, you won't be paid, and your profile is paused until our team reviews it.
Getting paid
15% on your first order with a brand, 10% on your second order with the same brand, and 5% from the third order with that brand onwards.
When the brand approves your draft — or automatically if they don't respond within 5 days. Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe, so set up payouts in your dashboard early.
Yes. Brands pay upfront when they order, and UGCSG holds the money until the work is approved, so you never have to chase payment.
Invoices to brands are issued automatically when you're paid. You're responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.
Refer a UGC creator friend and you both get a voucher that takes 5% off UGCSG's commission on one paid order. It's applied automatically when you're paid — nothing to enter.
How to get it
- Copy your referral link or code from Dashboard → Refer & earn.
- Your friend signs up with it. Once our team approves them, they get their own welcome voucher.
- When your friend completes their first paid order, your voucher is added.
- It's used on your next order charged at 15% or 10% commission.
Example: a S$200 order
- 1st order with a brand — commission 15% → 10%. You keep S$180 instead of S$170.
- 2nd order with the same brand — commission 10% → 5%. You keep S$190 instead of S$180.
- 3rd or later order with the same brand — commission is already at the lowest 5%, so the voucher isn't used. It stays saved for your next 15% or 10% order.
Good to know: one voucher per order (they don't stack), each voucher is valid for 6 months, and there's no reward if both accounts belong to the same person.
